Bravo Kodak! Ektachrome Returns!
It’s Back!: Dust off your old projector and editor. Kodak has officially released iconic Ektachrome for 16mm and super 8! This new 100ASA 7294 daylight film has the vintage look of Kodachrome with rich contrast, bright colors and minimal grain. Just like Kodachrome it can also be edited and projected without a print. We plan to lend our support by maintaining an inventory of film and continuing our excellent, weekly E-6 Ektachome developing runs.

Super rich blacks, brilliant highs and almost no grain add a unique visual to any project for that experimental look! All Scans at Spectra are done on professional, FULL RESOLUTION scanners. All pixels come directly from the film! We do not apply bayer resolution upscaling or interpolation using consumer grade scanners such as Scanstation or Fabreik Mueller. Always ask about the type of scan you are paying for!
